Sponsor Terms
- Spots are first paid, first served. Lunch sponsors pick their day in the order they pay.
- Payment and logo (high-resolution or vector file) are due by December 15, 2026 for shirt and banner placement.
- Sponsorships are non-refundable. If the Retreat is canceled by the organizers, sponsors get a full refund or a credit toward 2028.
- Podcast and video content is released within 60 days after the Retreat.
- Sponsors must provide their own banners, samples and giveaway items. Send flyer info by January 8, 2027 and we'll print your flyers.
