This Privacy Policy explains how the Smoky Mountain Wash Retreat (“we,” “us,” or “our”), organized by Jeremy Messer and Mike Carmody, collects and uses information when you visit washretreat.com (the “Site”). This Site is operated in the United States.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you contact us through a form on the Site or by email, we collect what you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site collects basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
Ticket purchases
We do not sell tickets or take payments on this Site. Retreat tickets are sold through Wash Pro Shop at washproshop.com. When you buy a ticket, the information you enter (such as your name, email, billing details and payment information) is collected and handled by Wash Pro Shop and its payment processors under their own privacy policy and terms. Hotel reservations made through the hotel booking link are handled by Hilton under Hilton’s privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, installed through the MonsterInsights plugin, to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are visited and how people find us). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information, which is processed by Google. The Site uses cookies, which are small text files stored by your browser. We use them to keep the Site working, to remember your cookie consent choice, and for analytics. The Site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Site links to other websites, such as washproshop.com, hilton.com, Facebook, sponsor websites and local attractions. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
